For directions to find Scampston, please visit How to find us We have a large carpark less than 100 yards from the Walled Garden entrance, which also has adequate space for cars, coaches and motor homes.
Disabled car parking is also available, adjacent to the Walled Garden entrance.
The Walled Garden is flat with good access for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We have a wheelchair and a mobility scooter which can be borrowed free of charge. We advise that you call in advance to pre-book these, especially during the busy summer months. Please call 01944 759111 or email info@scampston.co.uk.
The Garden Café can accommodate wheelchairs and there are suitable toilet facilities available.
For those who do not use a wheelchair, there is plenty of seating within the Walled Garden, allowing you to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the garden at your own pace.
For those wishing to join a house tour during the Hall’s opening season, the ground floor is accessible with a manual wheelchair. Regrettably the first floor is not accessible for wheelchair users, however this only makes up a very small part of the tour.

Dogs are not permitted within the Walled Garden- with the exception of assistance dogs - but are allowed everywhere else on site, there is 80 acres of parkland to enjoy including the hall gardens and they are very welcome in the plant sales area and the cafe and cafe terrace)! Please do not leave your dog in the car.
